Washington DC is home to countless iconic locations, from monuments and memorials to government buildings. We've seen myriad photographs of these, but this particular vintage photograph offers a unique view of these familiar locations. Taken in 1937 with a glass negative, the viewer looks through the columns of the Supreme Court building to see the Capitol Building in the distance.
This unique perspective makes the familiar feel new again, in much the same way that our digital restoration process makes vintage photographs new again. At our studio in Alexandria, Virginia, we painstakingly digitally restore any damage and remove dust and dirt, ensuring that the photograph can once again be displayed in its original splendor.
