B-17F Production at Boeing Aircraft Plant

This vintage photograph depicts a Boeing aircraft plant, with a nearly completed B-17F bomber at the end of the production line. These planes were known as Flying Fortresses. Photographer Andreas Feininger captured this image in December 1942.
