Display Windows of People's Drug Store

 This vintage photograph offers a snapshot of everyday life in 1920 Washington, DC. The storefront of the W.S. Thompson Branch of Peoples Drug Stores is on display, with advertisements visible in the windows. Over a century old, the image holds quite a bit of nostalgic imagery, taking viewers on a trip through time.

We've worked on a digital scan of the original photo print to digitally restore this historic DC image. After digitally repairing damage and cleaning up dust and dirt, we've brought new life into this old photo.
