Another in our series of rural life images, "Hitting the Trail," shows a group of people on mules being led along a trail by a man at the front. The photograph was captured in the early 1900s, sometimes between 1910 and 1920.
Working from a digital scan of the original glass negative, the Old Town Print Gallery team has digitally restored this historic photograph. We've repaired damage, corrected fading, and removed dust and dirt. This digital restoration work helps keep these moments in history alive, and our reproduction prints allow you to bring those moments right into your home or office!
