While city life in Richmond looked a bit different 100 years ago than it does today, images of Richmond's past still spark a mix of nostalgia and familiarity. This vintage photograph, taken in 1905 with a dry plate negative, captures daily life on Main Street. The street is filled with pedestrians, trolleys, and horse-drawn carriages. American National Bank, the tallest building in the frame, can be seen towards the center of the image. 

Over a century old, this vintage photograph has collected its fair share of dust and damage over the years. Our digital restoration team has brought this image back to life, digitally restoring all traces of time.
