When ordering prints from Old Town Print Gallery, you have the option to have the prints shipped to you or to pick them up from our studio. Our studio is located in Alexandria, Virginia, so if you are local to the area local pickup could be a great option for you.
How to Pick up Directly From Our Studio
Picking up your prints from our studio is simple! Just follow the steps below to pick up your prints.
Select Option at Checkout
Once you’ve made your selections for what images and sizes you’d like prints of, head to checkout to start the process. You’ll need to select the local pickup option in the checkout process, rather than shipping.
Wait for Notice of Your Order Being Ready
Our prints are made to order and are typically ready within 2-4 business days. Once they are ready you’ll receive an e-mail notification from Old Town Print Gallery letting you know that your order is ready to be picked up.
Stop by Our Studio
You don’t need an appointment to pick up your print order; you can simply stop by anytime during our regular business hours. Mondays we are open from 9am-5pm, Tuesday-Friday we are open from 9am-6pm, and on Saturdays we are open from 10am-5pm. Come on in and let us know that you are picking up a print order from Old Town Print Gallery. If you ordered paper prints we’ll give you a sturdy cardboard portfolio to get the prints home in to make sure they don’t get damaged on the way.
